My work is based in the following assumptions:

Living under Patriarchy is Hell.

Internalized Patriarchy makes our Bodies feel like Hell on Earth because it crosses our brain wiring and flips upside down the ways in which we detect safety or threat. We assess anything familiar as safe even if it hurts or depletes us. We assess anything new as threatening even if it holds the key to our nourishment and vitality.

In order to leave the Hellish Wasteland of Patriarchy within, we must be willing to depart a land that is familiar but poisonous for a world that is new (and threatening!) but lush and bountiful. The only way to do this is to build our capacity for relationship. My job is to teach you the relational skills you need in order to make sure you are deeply nourished and sustained.
