I don’t fight. I do battle. I’m an Energy Strategist who sees sharply and precisely the steps that need to be taken to move from exhaustion, frustration and burnout into nourishment, vitality and flow. Leading myself out of my own chronic exhaustion, unexplained pain and burnout has instilled in me a deep passion for helping others find a way out too.

It’s my great joy to give people clarity through the confusion, reassurance through the fear and a sense of personal power through terrain where they feel powerless. I can not only see the problems with precision but I offer practical solutions to get the energy moving again so that people can move on with their lives with greater vitality and meaning.

I am determined and tenacious AF and it is contagious! I can inspire and encourage people to keep going through the murkiest, harshest terrain and find the grit and desire to keep going. I’m an injection of fuel when you are running on fumes.

I absolutely need equal partners and collaborators. I’m happy to lead but expect equal effort. My work is for people who are ready to get TF out of Hell and into a Heaven of their own making. You do not need to be perfect. You do not need to know what to do but you do need to keep showing up!
